You might remember last month when I announced that I would be using the Tria Blue Light to treat my adult acne and skin problems. I can tell you now that I was somewhat skeptical when I first started. At first the blue light acne treatments with Tria Skin Perfecting Blue Light was cumbersome because I was trying to do 5 minute treatments every day; but once I realized laser treatment for acne was not something that had to be done daily I was less overwhelmed with the schedule. I settled for 3 x’s a week for up to 5 minutes per treatment.
When I asked my doctor about the blue light acne treatment at my last visit, I was relieved to hear the good things she had to say about blue light therapy. She actually told me a lot about different light therapies the medical field uses for acne, aging, and other problems. Although my doctor has never used Tria Blue Light personally she was aware of the product and she had heard good things. Once I learned this I took my treatments much more seriously and as you can see below, the results were impressive.
I definitely saw a reduction in breakouts using the Tria Skin Perfecting Blue Light and when I did have a breakout the time present was significantly reduced when treated with the device. You can tell by the picture that my skin looks much healthier and it felt much smoother to me than it did when I started. There were virtually no break outs on my forehead and the breakouts around my nose were minimal. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of using the Tria Blue Light laser at home and it was less expensive than going to the dermatologist for the same treatment.

thats awesome! I have a little tiny one that I used when I was pregnant and my skin was terrible. Mine also vibrates but I like that this one covers more skin
It certainly seems to have worked and is cheaper than going to the dermatologist if you don’t have to.
